Intensity is a workout tracking app designed to optimize your training for progression. Its user-friendly interface makes tracking your workouts easy, allowing you to quickly track an entire workout or track as you go. This app is designed with progression in mind and provides all the necessary tools at your fingertips, including detailed stats, custom goals, and the ability to view your personal records.

One of the standout features of Intensity is its extensive library of popular powerlifting programs. From 5/3/1 to Starting Strength, Stronglifts 5x5, and many more, it covers practically every popular powerlifting program you can think of. And if you can't find what you're looking for, you have the flexibility to build your own programs or customize existing ones.

Another great aspect of Intensity is its cloud storage capability, ensuring that your workout data is securely stored and accessible whenever and wherever you need it. It's compatible with all major platforms, allowing you to access your data seamlessly.

Furthermore, Intensity offers easy data import from popular apps such as FitNotes, Strong, and Stronglifts 5x5, as well as the option to export your workouts for further analysis.

In addition to these features, Intensity also includes social functionalities that allow you to connect with friends, share workouts, and compete on the leaderboard.

Other notable features include a sync option with Apple Health, a timer and stopwatch, an interval timer, a bodyweight tracker, a 1RM (one-rep max) calculator, a plate calculator with customizable plate settings, a Wilks calculator, an IPF points calculator, and a warmup calculator with the ability to add custom warmup methods.

Intensity is a comprehensive and reliable tracking tool that can accompany you throughout your entire lifting journey.

Intensity is available as a free download, and if you choose to upgrade to Intensity Premium, it offers one auto-renewing subscription option for $4.99USD/month, or a singular payment option for $27.99USD. Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account upon confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.

Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in your Account Settings in iTunes after purchase. Please note that refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.
